Mount Peace is a come as you are church in spirit and in dress code. That is, whatever the condition your condition is in, you are welcome in the Mount Peace Baptist Church of Raleigh, NC. There is no dress code other than a sincere heart and a spirit seeking the truth. So we welcome you whether you were just passing by or lookin for a warm and loving place to worship. We believe if your heart is open to truth, you will be redeemed and transformed by the Word of God as preached by Dr. J. Vincent Terry, Sr., Pastor of Mount Peace Baptist Church.

You should know that we believe in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and we extend the olive branch of peace to those who are new to make Him their personal savior. We believe that He is the way, the truth, and the light, and no one comes to the Father except through Jesus Christ.

As a new visitor, we understand that you may have many questions about our Worship Service or about Mount Peace. Please know that our Hospitality Ministry and our Ushers Ministry are available to answer any questions you may have during your visit.

Forget the baby sitter. You are encouraged to bring your children to Mount Peace Baptist Church. We are a child friendly church and every age group from infant to young adult is invited. Should you require assistance with your younger children during your visit, you are encouraged to seek assistance from the Ushers Ministry who will render every assistance in making your children as comfortable as possible.
